Return Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

At Stratos Forge LLC, we stand behind the quality of our rims and radiators. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide a clear and fair return process.

2. Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unmounted, and in original packaging.

  • Products that show signs of installation, damage, or modification are not eligible for return.

  • Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

3 Return Process
  1. Submit a Return Request
    Contact our customer service team at returns@stratosforgellc.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization (RMA)
    Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  3. Ship the Product Back
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or shipped in error. Please use a trackable carrier service.

  4. Inspection and Refund
    Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4 Exchanges
  • Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery for items of equal or greater value.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the original product back.

5 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

  • Stratos Forge will cover return shipping and either replace the product or issue a full refund.

6 Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom rims, special finishes, or made-to-order radiators

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Installed or used products
